    Working process

    (1)Bottle release: The operator places the empty bottle in the work station fixture, triggering the photoelectric positioning signal.

    (2)Gas Filling and outer-crimping: The cylinder-driven chuck is tightened to complete the sealing of the aerosol valve, vacuumed and then filled with ejectant to ensure stable pressure inside the can.

    (3)Liquid filling: Guided filling system to avoid dripping .

    (4)Finished product output: automatic mold release, ready for the next cycle.
