Curl Height Gauge for Aerosol Cans

Aerosol can contact height gauges are used to quickly and accurately measure the contact height value of aerosol cans.

Contact height is the distance between the top plane of the rolled edge of the can mouth and the center of the radius of curvature of the sealing claw (at the sealing diameter). The measuring contact is made of super hard alloy and the thickness of the sealing cup is taken into account in the design of the contact, so it has the advantages of wear resistance and high accuracy. Equipped with 4.25mm standard value precision ring gauge. It conforms to the national standard GB13042-2008:GB/T25164-2010.

Step1：Press the ON/OFF key to turn on the power.

Note: The“ORIGIN”zero key in the center does not need to be pressed and it needs to be re-calibrated if it is pressed!

Step2：Press and hold the upper button,Snap it into the mouth of the canand release the upper button when you hear a “click”.

Step3：Hold the base in your right hand,and the can body in your left hand, slowly turn around and observe the range of values.
