8. Overcapper

Places the plastic dust cap onto the mounting cup to protect the actuator during shipping.

 

9. Labeling Machine

Applies the product label. Because aerosol cans are cylindrical, high-speed rotary labelers are often used.

 

10. Inkjet Printer/Laser Coder:

Prints the batch number, expiration date, and manufacturing details on the bottom or side of the can for traceability.

Manual & Semi-Auto Lines: Suitable for R&D labs or small batch production. These machines require operators to manually index cans and start cycles. They are flexible but slow.
