Expanding Horizons: A Uzbekistan Beauty Brand Visits Our Factory
Every skincare brand reaches a point where growth means diversification. For a beauty products company from Uzbekistan, that moment arrived when they decided to expand their product portfolio by adding sheet masks to their existing lineup.
To understand the production process and the equipment required, they traveled to our factory for a comprehensive visit. Here’s how we helped them turn their expansion plan into a clear, actionable roadmap.
Understanding the Client’s Vision
The client specializes in skincare products, with a strong presence in the Uzbekistan market. Their goal was straightforward: introduce high-quality sheet masks to meet growing consumer demand. However, they needed clarity on the manufacturing process—from raw materials to finished, packaged masks.
During their visit, we guided them through every step of the sheet mask production line, answering their most pressing questions.
Key Question 1: What Is the Filling Process and What Equipment Is Needed?
The client wanted a clear picture of how sheet masks are made. We walked them through the complete process:
Mask Sheet Preparation: Pre-cut mask sheets (with attached cotton pads) are manually or automatically loaded into the folding machine.
Folding: The cotton pad folding machine (Mask Folding Machine) folds the mask sheet and cotton pad together into a compact shape suitable for insertion into the pouch.
Pouch Feeding: Empty pouches are automatically or manually fed into the Filling Machine.
Filling & Sealing: The Mask Filling Machine inserts the folded mask into the pouch, fills it with a precise amount of essence, seals the pouch, and prints batch codes and expiration dates—all in one integrated operation.

Weighing & Rejection: Finished pouches pass through a checkweigher, which automatically weighs each unit and rejects any that fall outside the acceptable weight range, ensuring consistent quality.
We emphasized that this integrated approach minimizes manual handling, reduces contamination risk, and ensures consistent product quality—critical factors for any beauty brand entering the mask category.
Key Question 2: How Are the Mask Sheet and Cotton Pad Handled?
One specific question the client raised was about the relationship between the mask sheet and the cotton pad: “Are they manually put together?”
We clarified that mask sheets and cotton pads come pre-assembled from the packaging supplier. During production, the folding machine takes these pre-assembled units and folds them into a compact shape before insertion into the pouch. This eliminates the need for manual assembly on the production line, saving labor and ensuring consistent folding every time.
Beyond the Basics: Additional Considerations
During the tour, we also discussed:
Changeover flexibility: How the machine can handle different mask shapes, pouch sizes, and fill volumes
Hygiene standards: Stainless steel construction and easy-to-clean surfaces to meet cosmetic production requirements
Output capacity: Matching machine speed to their projected production volumes
After-sales support: Installation guidance, operator training, and spare parts availability
The Outcome: A Clear Path Forward
By the end of the visit, the client had a complete understanding of the sheet mask production process and the equipment needed. They left with detailed documentation, a clear equipment list, and the confidence to move forward with their expansion.
“We came with questions, and we leave with answers,” the client shared. “Now we know exactly what we need to start producing sheet masks.”
