 From filling, weighing to counting, cartoning and sealing, the entire line is fully automated and can be easily managed by only 2-3 operators, which greatly reduces Korea's high labor costs and reduces errors caused by human operation.

GMP & Hygiene Standards

All parts in contact with materials are made of high quality 316L stainless steel, designed in full compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, with no hygienic dead corners, easy to clean and sterilize, and easily meets the stringent hygiene requirements of Korea's Food and Drug Safety Division (MFDS).

From the confirmation of technical details to the payment of deposit, the whole process was efficient and smooth, fully reflecting the high tacit understanding between partners. After the equipment manufacturing was completed, the customer team personally flew to Wejing's factory to conduct a strict Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and fully affirmed the operational performance of the whole line. All equipment was packed in fixed wooden pallets to ensure absolute safety during the long-distance transportation to Korea.

Upon arrival, team of experienced engineers traveled to the customer's plant in Seoul for an efficient installation, commissioning and training of personnel. At present, this advanced filling line has been perfectly integrated into the customer's production system, and is now in the best condition for efficient and stable production.
