Raw water through multi-media filtration to remove suspended solids, and then by activated carbon adsorption of organic matter, into the reverse osmosis membrane system to remove more than 98% of the ionic impurities, and ultimately through the electrodeionization (EDI) module purification, to get in line with the production standards of pure water, laying the groundwork for the preparation of mask liquid.
1.2 Stirring tank and emulsifier: adapt to the mixing requirements of the formula according to the needs

Mixing tank: if only water-soluble thickening agents (such as xanthan gum and hyaluronic acid) are included, an ordinary stirring tank can satisfy the needs of dissolution, and a complex process is not required;

After mixing the mask liquid, it needs to control the quality through two key processes:
Plate Heat Exchanger: The material liquid will be cooled down to below 30℃ through plate heat exchanger to prevent the degradation of heat-sensitive components;
Precision Filter: The impurities and microorganisms will be removed by 0.22μm microporous filters, to ensure that mask liquid is free of bacteria and impurities.
