Step 1: Check the Directional Valve

Step 2: Check the Sealing Ring of the Angle Seat Valve

Next, check the sealing ring inside the angle seat valve.

The sealing ring is a wear part. After long-term use, it may become worn, damaged, or deformed, which can affect the valve operation and material flow.

Check the sealing ring for:

· Cracks

· Wear

· Deformation

· Hardening or other visible damage

If the sealing ring is damaged, replace it with a new one.

Step 3: Reinstall the Valve and Connect the Air Tube

A disconnected or incorrectly connected air tube can prevent the valve from operating normally.

Step 4: Test the Filling Function

After completing the checks above, start the machine and perform a test filling.

If the liquid material comes out normally, the problem has been resolved.

If there is still no material output, the problem may be related to the material pipeline, pneumatic system, pump, or another component. In this case, contact the machine manufacturer for further technical support.
