Why Bag on Valve Filling Becoming a Trending in Deodorant Spray

Deodorant sprays have long been a favoured product in the personal care sector, bringing freshness and confidence to people. As technology continues to advance, the way deodorant sprays are produced has changed significantly, with traditional aerosol line production facing the challenge of bag on valve deodorant sprays produced on BOV filling lines.
From material
Aerosols typically use LPG as propellants. This is flammable, and to ensure safety, there are strict restrictions on the formulation of the contents. Many ingredients that are beneficial to the skin but chemically active cannot be added, like some natural plant essential oils, although they have a unique aroma and skincare efficacy, they are difficult to apply because they may react with the propellant or affect the stability of the product, which greatly restricts the innovation and optimisation of the product formulation.
But BOV packaging places the contents and propellant in separate chambers without contacting each other, which makes the content formulation more flexible. More natural and efficient ingredients can be added, such as high concentration of plant extracts, active skin care factors, etc., which not only enhances the quality of the aroma, but also achieves multiple effects such as moisturising and soothing the skin.
