The aerosol filling machine model WJER60S, which is PLC - controlled, is designed specifically for bag - on - valve aerosol packaging. This piece of equipment is electronically regulated to ensure accurate filling operations.

The whole setup includes a bag - on - valve inflation unit, a sealing apparatus for bag - on - valve packaging, a liquid - filling mechanism for bag - on - valve systems, a PLC - based control framework, a device for automatically fixing actuators, an ink - jetting conveyor belt, and various workstations. Its main function is to carry out the filling, production, and finishing processes of aerosol items packaged using the bag - on - valve method.
