Product Overview

The WJER-30S is a fully automatic bag-on-valve (BOV) aerosol filling machine designed for water-based products. It works with both aluminum cans and plastic bottles, offering unrivalled flexibility for manufacturers of fire extinguishers, nasal sprays, edible oil sprays, deodorants, shaving gels, water-based paints, and more.
The machine integrates liquid filling, gas filling, sealing, outer crimping, pressure measurement, and cleaning into one efficient production line. It delivers high accuracy (≤ ±1%) and a stable output of 20–30 cans per minute.

Liquid Filling Head

Empty cans feeder
Continuously transferring cans from the arranger to other equipment for automatic conveying.
The conveying speed is adjusted by adjusting the speed difference (e.g. speed differential) of the motors to meet different production requirements.

L shape valve fitting machine
Precise gripping of the L-shaped cassette valve and its placement in the tank port to prepare the seal for the subsequent sealing and filling process.
Highly accurate positioning of the valve ensures perfect alignment with the tank port;

The tank is first vacuumed to remove the internal air; then the connection between the bottle and the valve is tightened by the crimping mechanism; and finally the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) is quantitatively filled to complete the core filling process.

Aerosol weigh checking machine
Check the weight of the filled cassette cans, screen out the overweight or underweight defective products, and ensure that the dosage of each can meets the standard.
The inspection speed is synchronized with the filling line, and comes with automatic rejecting device for non-conforming products, without manual intervention.

Water bath testing machine
For detecting leakage of gas can products
After filling, the cans are immersed in a water bath at 45℃ - 50℃ for 3 - 5 minutes to determine whether there is leakage by observing whether there are bubbles escaping, and then blown dry by hot air to proceed to the next stage.

Aerosol can cap fitting machine
Automatically press the cap on the tested tanks, and accurately fasten the protective cap on the outside of the valve to prevent the valve from being damaged or mishandled during transportation.
The strength of the gland can be adjusted without skewing or falling off.

Ink-jet belt
The bottom of the can is sprayed with production date, batch number and other information, and the can is stably conveyed by conveyor belt during the spraying process to ensure the accurate spraying position.
The printing code is clear and wear-resistant; the speed is synchronized and supports multi-line printing.

Packing table
As the end of the production line, it is used for temporary storage of qualified finished products, which is convenient for operators to carry out subsequent processing such as boxing and packing.
